The winter is slowly approaching, every year when it get’s colder we print the next years calendar. A bit like the Christmas cookies during the childhood. It’s the third edition, and this year it’s a very special one. We will only print 555 copies, so don’t wait too long and get your copy.

Next week the plane takes me to Dubai for the Louis Vuitton Trophy. I’m already looking forward for the amazing sunsets. In Dubai we will produce the official Louis Vuitton Trophy book, telling the story from the first event in Auckland until Dubai who will be the last of this series.

After Dubai before coming home for Christmas we fly to Fremantle Australia for a shooting with Marazzi Sailing in the Star. The Fremantle Doctor, name of the famous local wind, will give us the chance for big wave action shots.

The new year will start with the Barcelona World Race, and on the 9th of January in Zurich we plan a big yachting 3D multimedia show in cooperation with the Photo 10 and Cornèrcard.

Louis Vuitton Pacific Series Book

Together with Lynn Fitzpatrick we managed to publish the Louis Vuitton Pacific Series Book within hours of the prize giving for the Louis Vuitton Pacific Series, a coffee table book with a foreword by regatta organizer, Bruno Troublé, will be available for distribution.

With just the right balance of prose from sailing journalist, Lynn Fitzpatrick, and some of my best images. The book is the perfect keepsake for everyone attending this historic match racing event in Auckland, NZ. For those who were not present for five days of practice and 16 days of exciting match racing between world renown skippers, helmsmen, tacticians and crew from 10 teams representing 9 countries, this photo journal allows you to live vicariously.
